Laucke Stoneground Organic wheaten Wholemeal 100% is finely milled and characteristic of traditional stone ground meals. It has superior processing performance, keeping qualities and flavour due to the sophistication of the production methods utilised, and is suitable for the production of a wide range of oven-hearth Organic Wholemeal breads, and especially suitable for a Sourdough or Artisan baking process.
